NOTE before the Inspection: 

In order to carry out the inspection, it is essential that electricity and water are available at the property, access is available to all rooms and the full exterior, and that any sheds are unlocked for access.

If you anticipate any issues with access please make the necessary arrangements prior to the inspection.
